While much of the footage has Luffy, Zoro, Nami and the rest of the crew beating the snot out of groups of enemies at a time, there are some 1v1 battles in the trailer as well. What's more odd than that though is the general gameplay shown in the trailer resembles more so a beat 'em up title with cooldowns on special moves similarly to something like The King of Fighters All-Star. Project Fighter is the working title for the One Piece game announced by Tencent Games as reported by Daniel Ahmad, which of course means that it's in development for smartphones.
